Who designs and makes SILVER UP jewellery?
All of our jewellery pieces are entirely handmade by artist Bee in her London-based studio. SILVER UP offers only original designs - you won’t find them anywhere else except our online store.
Do you do custom orders?
We do not offer custom orders on the regular basis.
However
We do have a wide range of products in a variety of colour combinations, so feel free to browse our full collection as you may just find your perfect piece.
Occasionally, we also hold some extra stock that isn’t available on our website, so you are welcome to get in touch with your requirements and we will try our very best to find something just for you.
We also do offer alteration services and accept enquiries about small adjustments (e.g. to chain length or style).

How do you ship?
We use various shipping companies depending on the destination. All our parcels are trackable and a tracking number will be provided via email as soon as your order is dispatched.
If your parcel gets lost, SILVER UP takes responsibility to issue a full refund or replace the item at no extra cost to you.

Our Standard Delivery to UK service usually takes 3-5 working days, international parcels - 2-14 working days.

Can I return the item?
We understand that everyone has different preferences and expectations and as a brand we aim to please our customers.
If you are unhappy with your order or simply change your mind, you can return it within 30 days from the delivery date.
Follow these steps
To place a return, please contact us via email hello@silverup.shop
We can only accept returns for items that are in perfect, unworn condition, as sold. Once we have received and inspected your return, your refund will be paid to you within 5 working days via the original payment method.
If we receive the item with visible signs of wear, we won’t be able to issue a refund (unless agreed otherwise).

Is SILVER UP a sustainable brand?
Yes. We pride ourselves on creating special pieces that are made-to-last. We want to contribute to ‘slow fashion’. You can find out more about what sustainability means to us on our Sustainability page.
