Returns
We understand that everyone has different preferences and expectations and as a brand we aim to please our customers.
Please note that we do not provide free returns. If you need a refund, we will process it promptly, however the cost of the return will be covered by the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
You can return the items within 15 days from the delivery date.
Follow these steps

To ensure a smooth return and avoid any risk of loss or disappointment, please make sure your return shipping label is fully trackable.
We can only accept returns for items that are in perfect, unworn condition, as sold. Once we have received and inspected your return, your refund will be paid to you within 5 working days via the original payment method.
If we receive the item with visible signs of wear, we won’t be able to issue a refund.
