Shipping and returns

All our parcels are trackable and a tracking number will be provided via email as soon as your order is dispatched. Dispatch time usually takes 1-3 business days.

All UK items will be sent standard Royal Mail Tracked at £8.

All Worldwide parcels will be sent Royal Mail International Tracked at £15.

Our Standard Delivery to UK service usually takes 3-5 working days, international parcels - 2-14 working days, depending on a destination. Please give it extra time at peak seasons.

Please note that we do not provide free returns. If you need a refund, we will process it promptly, however the cost of the return will be covered by the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Be aware that any customs charges, import duties, or handling fees applied by your destination country are the responsibility of the customer. As these charges are set by local authorities, SILVER UP has no control over them.
